In response to the Coronavirus I am running classes online. I have created a range of classes which I feel passionate about sharing and believe will be supportive during this time.

Tuning in
To join into a class, simply purchase a ticket through the links above. For single classes, tickets are tiered in price from $0 – $10, or you can purchase two weeks unlimited for $30. For each class you will be emailed 30 minutes before the start time with the video link and secret password to enter at the Vimeo page.

You will have 24hr access to these classes. While the intention is that we practice together from afar, you are welcome to tune in later at a time that suits you.
